Open o's and a's.

This is a delightful trait- socially, that is.  These people can often get new friends quickly and with minimal effort.  However, they have trouble keeping secrets for long, except with great effort, which too sometimes is compromised due to their social butterfly tendencies.

When doing an analysis, you should count all open and all closed a's and o's in the sample.  The presence of this trait shows talkative ability; however, if 75 or 80 percent of the o's and a's are closed, then the person might just be a security risk while intoxicated.

Also, these people have a hard time telling lies, and a sign of them in conversation is a quick, unfiltered response time for many questions; if they get defensive, they must exert much energy to keep silent and secrets safe from those wishing to exploit their knowledge, gossip or proprietary research project details.
