This writing is characterized by a lower loop, like in the lower-case y, which rises up past the baseline.

This is the most dangerous trait, with out of control drives (o's and a's feathered) a close runner up.  Most incarcerated criminals write with this trait, and it is unclear in the graphology field whether incarceration causes this trait or it is due purely to guilt.
