Rhythm is characterized by a constantly kept pace during the writing process.  This shows the person has intelligence, and legible writing tends to have this quality.  Rhythm is unique from some similar elements in that it chiefly refers to a good timing sense, which is seen by the letters within the words being equally spaced in an uniform way.
